How do I schedule my appointment?

We offer multiple ways for you to schedule your appointment: on-line, text message or calling the office. 
Calling or text message can usually result in a sooner appointment if available.

Do you accept insurance, and how much will my copayment be?

We accept most major insurance plans. We are considered a specialty clinic and your copayment will will depend on your insurance plan. We will do our best to verify your copayment prior to your appointment and let you know what it will be. Payment is expected at the time of service.

What is your new patient procedure?

We strive to make your first visit with us as pain less as possible. Once you are confirmed on the schedule you should receive a message to your preferred contact method (phone or email) with a link to our new patient paperwork 48-72 hours before your appointment.
