Dr. Peter O'Carroll, M.D. A.Q.H

Dr. O’Carroll has been practicing neurology in Granbury, Texas since 2009, and teamed with Andrew LaVear, PA-C to start CowTown Headache Center thanks to their shared passion for improving the daily lives of patients with chronic headache conditions. He currently has a general neurology practice in Granbury, serves as a migraine treatment advisor for Cove, and as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences at TCU School of Medicine.
Dr. O’Carroll grew up in Lake Charles, Louisiana, completed his undergraduate degree at Tulane University, and received his medical education at LSU Health Science Center in Shreveport, Louisiana.
He spent 5 years in Memphis, TN where he completed his neurology residency and fellowship training, at the University of Tennessee. He is board certified by the APBN in Neurology and in Clinical Neurophysiology. He is Board Certified in Headache Medicine by the United Council of Neurological Subspeciality, and has an Added Qualification in Headache Medicine from the National Headache Foundation.
